Another Birthday

Last Thursday was my 35th birthday. I don't feel like I am 35. I used to think 35 was really quite old. I still feel the same as I always have pretty much. I have 3 great kids and a wonderful husband. This is pretty much where I thought I would be when I was this age. You kind of start thinking about your dreams and such as you get older. My dream was always to married and have a family of my own. One thing I do wish I could do more of is travel. I like to experience new places and just be adventurous. Not in an extreme sports kind of way, but in a spontaneous kind of way.

Tonight Joel and I will be going out to dinner for my birthday. We couldn't get a babysitter until tonight. I think we will go to the Macaroni Grill. I ate there a few weeks ago and man- was it good! It had been a few years since I was there. My oddest memory of The Macaroni Grill was a blind date I had there when I was single. I won't go into details. It was basically a blind date nightmare. ;) But aren't most blind dates that way?
