Hemming Away

Last night was nice. We ate at the Macaroni Grill. Joel wasn't feeling all that well, but we still went to Tuttle so I could try to find a new outfit to wear since I am the MOPS Coordinator! I wanted something other than my usual uniform. I found a pair of jeans I liked, but unfortunately they didn't come in short- which I am. They couldn't even be special ordered short. So, I made a decision to buy them with the intention of hemming them. I know someone who sews, so if I needed help, I knew where to go! (my mom)

Today I got online and found these instructions for hemming jeans. I am amazed. At first I didn't really get how you could use the original hem without cutting etc... But, look at what I did! I did it in a very short amount of time too! A very useful tool for a short person! ;)
