Kicking the Habit

Last week was a long week. I decided it was time to get Chloe off her pacifier. It was so easy to do with Collin and Claire. I did it right around 12 months with them. Chloe is much more attatched and here we are she is already over 24 months. So, last week was a long week. Several days with out a nap, later nights and early mornings. Tonight she went to bed without a problem and I haven't heard her mention her "wah-whah" for several days. She is officially not a baby anymore. (sniff, sniff)
Tuesday 3pm.
Maybe I spoke too soon. At 1ish when I put Chloe down for her nap she had a major temper tantrum and was asking for her 'wah-whah'. I just acted like I didn't know what that was talking about. It just made her even more mad. I ended up bringing her downstairs where she quickly ended up falling asleep on the couch. At least she took a nap. I hope that she soon forgets completely about her 'wah-whah'. (he name for her pacifier)

Yeah, Chloe!! What a fun post.:)

I feel your pain with her not being a "baby" anymore. I look at Anders & can't believe he's 4!!!! They grow up so fast.

Noah was very difficult- I couldn't believe we had to wait until he was old enough to be talked out of it! Oh well.
